My name is Mike Chapman. I've spent 20+ years working across insurance, technology, and GTM.
By day, I work at Briza, an API connectivity company. We help insurance carriers make their distribution APIs easier to integrate with and maintain < 1% submission error rates in production.
By night, in my free time, I spend an hour learning about insurance APIs. I'm drawn to their complexity and enjoy thinking about how to make them simpler.
This site is my structured learning log. Each post shows a lesson I worked through, what I learned, and what I still don't understand yet.
